I found the location EXCELLENT. It was very convenient for accessing local attractions. The staff provided helpful assistance when needed. Breakfast offered various choices, so I enjoyed the selection. I had easy access to nearby restaurants.
The room had a slight noise issue from the street, though it didn't bother me too much.

The staff was warm. They were also competent and kind. The reception is open 24/24, so late arrivals are easy. I was offered a larger room at same rate upon arrival, based on availability.

the staff was very helpful with directions (i got lost a few times). i was offered a larger room, at no extra cost. the hotel is near many attractions and restaurants.
my bathroom door didn't offer much privacy because of large gaps. this was a bit awkward.

the room featured a comfortable double bed, along with a small seating area with two chairs and a table. there was also a wardrobe with plenty of hangers and some shelving for storing clothes (it was quite useful). the bathroom included a shower and basic toiletries.

the location was really central. the staff was pleasant and helpful . the bed in my room was comfortable.
my room phone didn't work, i had to carry my luggage up to my floor. in the mornings, i woke up to a smell of toast. the smell bothered me a little bit.

the staff acted warm and kind! they gave extra information and even offered a larger room at no extra cost, based on availability of course. the building felt functional and super clean. the reception operates 24/7 i noticed.
my room had a sewage smell, and the room phone didn't work, so annoying! i carried luggage up three floors, not fun at all. mornings brought bacon smells, which i really didn't like
